President Stephen Jordan and his wife Ruth are in the cities of Chengdu and Kunming with a delegation of Metro State faculty and staff. They are visiting Yunnan Radio and Television University and Sichuan University to discuss partnerships around a Confucius Institute at Metro State and the Language Institute at Sichuan. At the request of Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper, President Jordan will represent Denver at the 7th Annual China National Disabled Persons Sports Meeting in Kunming, which is Denver’s sister city.
